My senior leadership experience includes human resources strategy and significant change management. My extensive HR management experience extends to employee relations, including high level IR matters, Fair Work Commission representation,union engagement, negotiation of workplace agreements - both employee direct and union agreements, recruitment, performance management, coaching, investigations, compliance and policy development. Lead small to large HR units locally and remote with a large employee based across Australian and International sites.
