About Leanne Eller

I am confident in my communication, listening and design skills. I am also passionate about bringing the visions of a client to life and aiding in their success through design. I possess the ability to coordinate and collaborate with customers and fellow team members to research and bring designs to life, from the first concept to the final result. I am outgoing and easily approachable yet able to command and delegate responsibility. I not only work at an expert level in my Adobe Creative Suite design skills, but I also have an inherited fine art ability passed down to me through my family. It is the true basis for my computer creativity and what was enhanced during my time in college. I am currently employed full time at The Caskey Group/York Graphic Services where I am a wide format graphic designer. I design vehicle wraps, interior wall designs and outdoor signage. I work with customer service and the client to build a design, and then see it through to its final stage of printing. While at Perform Group, my daily task was to bring the fashion designer’s visions to life as a printable, vector image. During slow periods, I researched and I began to develop designs of my own which I presented to managers and designers within the company. They loved my concepts and after only a year of employment there, I was entrusted to design a new men's line of gymnastic apparel. My designs were then printed, constructed and photographed to be presented in their sales catalogs and online. Within my resume, you will find a link to the current 2020 catalogs. I am also proficient in creating, cutting and preparing vinyl graphics for vehicles, signs, banners etc. as a result of my long time employment with Athletic Lettering in York, PA. I worked with creating logos and identities for clients and brought them to life through print or vinyl application. I am very knowledgeable in the requirements for the production, preparation and adherence of vinyl to various substrates. This quality may be a skill set you can use within your company. My graphic experience and my team skills are a great asset. I do not like to be idle and continually keep busy working beyond what is asked of me. I greatly respect the importance of a lasting relationship with a client, because client care and reputation is the key for repeat customers!
