I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for working in the education sector. I have an excellent knowledge of the secondary school environment and the requirements of all stakeholders involved in the education system including; teachers, faculty leaders, external parties, governors, students and parents. I use my initiative and I work well both singularly and as a team member. I have excellent time management skills and can effectively prioritise my workload. I have first class communication and organisational skills. I am reliable, punctual and willing to assist and support other colleagues. Major Achievements Oversaw and led on the successful transition and implementation of a new MIS system at Green Spring Academy Shoreditch. Introduced and developed the use of 4Matrix at Green Spring Academy Shoreditch for assessment data analysis and tracking for years 7 – 11 for Senior and Middle Leaders. Promoted from Data Manager to Director of Student Progress on the Leadership Team at Green Spring Academy Shoreditch in recognition of my skills and knowledge. This role includes participating in learning walks and identifying areas for improvement and successes. Designed, created and implemented the reporting and tracking systems for student assessment data at Chelsea Academy which were deemed ‘outstanding and informative’ by Ofsted. Introduced and developed the use of SISRA at both Chelsea Academy and Green Spring Academy Shoreditch for assessment data analysis for all year groups and key stages. Created and developed analysis systems for Faculty Leaders, Heads of House and Senior Leadership Team members at both Chelsea Academy and at Green Spring Academy Shoreditch. This included behaviour data as well as assessment.
