About Leanne Hendry

Holding 20 years of experience in the health and wellbeing sector and within education and training, I have a wealth of knowledge and skills developed in both employed roles and within my own business. The founder of Elementary Wellbeing, I am passionate about helping others achieve their optimal physical and mental wellness. With my network of collaborators, I provide information, education and resources on topics to assist with mind and body health.I am also a qualified and experienced Pilates Teacher, Sports Massage Therapist, and Personal Trainer. I offer fully comprehensive Pilates sessions in the North East of England, as well as coordinating and facilitating regular wellbeing events. I believe that intelligent movement is essential for whole wellbeing and I aim to make it enjoyable and purposeful for everyone, no matter what the experience level. Business development and marketing skills have been integral to roles throughout my career. I also hold significant experience as a consultant for awarding bodies and training providers, assisting with qualification development, assessment design, learner and centre resource production and as a Tutor/Assessor for regulated course provision in active leisure. My overall mission is to empower individuals and wellbeing professionals to thrive!
