About Leanne Henley

I am a currently a 24/ Customer Helpline Team Leader for Jet2holidays. Alongside another 8 team leaders, I am responsible for a team of over 100 virtual representatives in a 24/7 Customer facing team. I manage the day to day operations within the company. On top of this I oversee the HR and management of 13 coordinators in the department by completing monthly 1-2-1’s, Flexible Working Requests and other formal disciplinary meetings. I have previous experience in the banking industry, as well as marketing and events experience. I am a very confident person who works well on her own but also as part of a team. I have management experience and I am currently overseeing a team of homeworkers spread across the U.K. I work very well in high stress situations and have worked in the aviation industry throughout the pandemic and have dealt with ever changing government restrictions. I am very organised and plan my work/life balance extremely well to ensure I still have quality time with my daughter and extended family. I love to drive and travel and I have completed a sabbatical in a Special Education Needs Summer Camp in Utah, USA.
