Whether through engaging written content, striking photos or videos, I excel at tailoring content towards varying audiences. When I say I live and breathe sport, I mean it! I have been involved in touch football from grassroots to national level, having competed and managed teams at the National Touch League. Above all, I am a huge lover of all things sport and physical activity. I'm currently on the Canberra Brindies touch football committee. My education background is psychology, with my Honours degree focused on sport psychology (self control in sports settings), and Master of Education majoring in Career Development from the QUT (CICA-endorsed course), with specific research background and interest in career development for elite athletes.
