About Leanne Holmes

I have been working in the financial industry in Ireland since 2012 originally working in Portfolio Management of stressed debt in AIB. I subsequently moved into Client Management and Contract Management for asset servicing in BCM Global and Danske Bank. I am currently working within Operations of Mars Capital. My experience to date provides me with a unique advantage to view processes from a number of different aspects and has been crucial in my current role in Mars Capital, I was a key contributor to the integration of Start Mortgages into Mars Capital, working on the project pre-migration to develop process and procedures to allow for a seamless and transfer, while originally I was the Operations SME with my background and relationships with stakeholders I ensured the full end to end picture was considered. Post integration of Start Mortgages, I provided training and assistance to staff in all arears to help ease the transition and ensure smooth progress for our customers. I have worked on a number of projects including migration of new loan books, onboarding of new clients and internal process enhancements.
