About Leanne Jones

Versatile and diverse is the best way to describe my career to date and my professional experience. Having started out in the financial industry working directly in a financial planning business, the pace of my career escalated when I moved into the software industry. The bridge between the two industries was built by my financial training and my ability to research industry changes, interpret them and apply them to the work I was doing with clients in their business to achieve their goals and support their strategic plans. This built my love for managing product lines, working with customers to create the next best thing for the roadmap and continuing to empower cross function teams to ‘build together’. All in service of the STRATEGY that will propel an organization forward. The diversity of my experience has come from my ability to achieve the goals of the role regardless of what the title of the role may indicate. I have been acknowledged for my ability to bring concept and ideas to fruition where others have been frozen in concept, while thriving in a fast paced, multi-faceted environment. I believe that challenge is a daily necessity that augments learning and thinking ahead of the curve, and that doing something each day that puts you out of your comfort zone helps maintain personal growth, success and your ability to be versatile.
