About Leanne Jones

In my career I have focused on creating technical solutions to help solve customer business issues. As a Systems Engineer or Technical Specialist, I worked with strategic accounts and partners at all levels, from developers through CxOs. I delivered corporate visions and technical demos while gathering requirements for customer projects and corporate direction. I developed strong alliances with product teams creating opportunities for direct customer feedback and communication. With my move to Technical Marketing, I have spent years helping create on-line content for education on VMware solutions either through labs, presentations or live broadcasts. Additionally I present this content at conferences, partner events, customer briefing centers and LinkedIn Live aligning presentations to each event requirements. I am an experienced team lead coordinating resources, understanding product values and technical features, while managing timelines to meet release goals. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while assisting in team management and passionate about continuing to learn and grow.
