About Leanne Kack

Leanne Kack leverages her experience as a consultant, certified coach and researcher to help organizations reach their full potential. Through numerous client engagements focused on change management, resilience training, diversity and inclusion, culture development, and employee well-being, Leanne has built competency within organizations to strengthen their team dynamics and team development. Leanne has worked closely with employees and leadership teams from a variety of different industries, providing coaching and training services that promote personal and professional growth. She is also highly skilled in designing and facilitating workshops that meet clients’ unique needs. Leanne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Biology from Queen’s University, a Master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology from Florida State University, and a Master’s in Organizational Behaviour from Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. Leanne also holds a Professional Coaching Certificate from Adler Graduate Professional School and received a certification in Applied Mindfulness Meditation from the University of Toronto.
