In a nutshell, I am a hardworking and loyal individual with a strong drive to 'fit the need' of the client. My goal is to fine tune all aspects of each campaign with the focus on quality and performance. I believe that working as a team will accomplish this goal as each member brings their unique perspective, ideas and strengths to the table, building a solid performing campaign that will deliver a value and keep the client coming back for more. On a skills level, I am tech savvy and a creative problem solver who will take initiative when planning processes and troubleshooting thinking outside of the box when needed. I heavily use MS Excel and Office and have not met an application that I have not been able to master is quick time. I love developing processes and am a strong organizer which allows me plenty of flexibility with my time and roles allowing me to quickly adjust to meet deadlines and client expectations. 10+ years’ experience in the B2B Marketing industry, starting in a calling agent role moving into an Account Manager role with a strong operations focus.
