Leanne supports Go-To-Market (GTM) and Business Operations for Telesat's Lightspeed LEO satellite constellation, where she leverages her deep expertise in strategy consulting to drive organizational change and improve operational efficiency through strategic transformation initiatives. She is responsible for driving transformational strategy, project management, process improvement, change management, stakeholder engagement, performance monitoring, and training & development. Leanne holds a Master of Global Affairs from the Munk School of Global Affairs & Public Policy where she specialized in global capital markets and international security, enriching her consulting background with valuable insights and strategic depth. Leanne also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Toronto with a double-major in political science and criminology & socio-legal studies, which has instilled in her a multidisciplinary approach, enabling her to analyze and address complex issues from multiple perspectives.
