About Leanne Massey

I’m a strategic leader with over 20 years’ experience shaping people strategy, organisational design and change across manufacturing, FMCG, professional services and PE backed environments. My career spans large multi site operations, rapid scale up environments and major restructuring programmes. I bring expertise in organisation design, workforce planning, HR digitalisation, ethical governance, culture and data driven decision making.I’m known for simplifying complexity, bringing clarity during ambiguity, and creating frameworks that leaders can act on. I thrive on solving systemic challenges, modernising processes, and driving meaningful change.Alongside my corporate career, I’ve held multiple trustee and governor roles, strengthening governance, safeguarding, EDI and community impact. I love building organisations that work better for people and helping teams unlock their potential through better design, clearer strategy and practical, values led leadership.Just a quick courtesy note. I’m not the decision maker for recruitment, and all hiring is expertly managed by our Talent Acquisition team. They’re the true pros in that space! While I really appreciate the outreach and positive intent, I’m not able to respond to agency approaches directly.
