Hello! My name is Leanne Masterson and I graduated from California State University Long Beach, with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I am a motivated psychology major with over seven years in customer relations and over eight years in education. I am skilled in assessment, instruction, problem solving, time management, research methods, leadership and team building. I currently work as an instructional aide for severely handicapped students and adults ages fourteen to twenty two. I previously worked in retail providing excellent customer service. I have acquired diverse skills and abilities over the years and I am seeking a position where I can utilize my existing skills as well as acquire new ones. I am seeking a position that will challenge me, stimulate my mind and give me an opportunity to help others. I work admirably in high stress situations and in high stress environments, while keeping composure and integrity. I am a fast learner and always go above and beyond to excel in everything I do. I always put in extra effort and work on my own time, to make sure I am bringing my A game.
