I bring leadership experience across both acute and community health services within Northern Health, including portfolios such as acute care services (med surg, maternity, psychiatry), and community health services (primary care, inter-professional teams,home support). My work is grounded in the realities of delivering care in BC’s rural communities, where adaptability, collaboration, and systems thinking are essential. At the core of my work is a deep commitment to people and organizational development. I’m passionate about building teams that feel supported, empowered, and aligned in purpose. I believe that sustainable system change is only possible when we invest in our people and nurture leadership at every level. With a focus on quality improvement, values-based leadership, and cross-sector collaboration, I strive to create services that are responsive, equitable, and resilient—because strong systems start with strong teams
