I’ve progressed from early roles in marketing and administration to leading commercial and customer service teams, always with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and results. Currently, I lead the Bid Team, where I manage proposal development and drive strategic commercial outcomes. One of my key projects was Project Einstein, where I was tasked with improving the commercial process — guided by the principle that everything should be made as simple as possible, but not more so. This project sharpened my ability to streamline workflows, reduce friction, and deliver practical solutions that stick. Previous roles include Lifecycle Team Leader overseeing revenue forecasting and proposal management, and Customer Service Team Leader for the Upstream Commercial Team, supporting sales reporting and KPI delivery.
