About Leanne Stamp

For a decade I have been working with stakeholders in the complex world of health and social care to facilitate the connection, trust and growth required to work together to create new possibilities. I help social serving organisations to achieve their ambitions to innovate, and to deliver evidence-based, user-centred interventions by applying systematic approaches to change and improvement work. Described by my colleagues as a “Shift Disturber” and “Super-connector”, I am passionate about leveraging the power of relationships united by purpose to innovate and drive change for good. I possess a collaborative leadership style that is grounded in curiosity, connection, and perceptive listening. When we are working together I believe that process is as important as product. A global citizen with roots in rural Canada, I have lived and worked across the world, including Australia, South Korea and the UK, where I have developed a fascination for the diversity of human experiences. I understand that in any given situation there are multiple “truths” to consider. By facilitating an environment where people feel their perspective is appreciated and valued, they feel safe to explore alternative views and possibilities that they had not considered before. I believe the best solutions are win-win. A (hypothetical!) marathon runner - I play the long game by steadily, tenaciously, and methodically addressing complex issues, rather than trying to bulldoze through, with a plenty of creative sprinting woven throughout.
