I have been working in healthcare an average of 18 years. During those 18 years, I have worked in various positions, ranging from certified nursing assistant to my current position as Director of rehabilitation and occupational therapy assistant in a skilled nursing facility. I have been in this position now for 2 1/2 years and have been very successful. I have used my natural talents of communication, organization, problem-solving, and prioritization, to create a well run, fantastic, team of therapists in our facility. I have had the opportunity to develop my management skills to create good working relationship with a wonderfully diverse group of individuals on all levels.
