About Leanne Summers

Strategic, digital health and care leader passionate about delivering transformation in the life science and health and social care sectors with joined-up, validated, data. I empower and collaborate with matrix teams to develop strategic narratives and clear delivery roadmaps with user-centred and design-thinking approaches. I led early AI strategy development in the NHS supporting investments that helped the NHS and health and care regulators start to think about and evaluate and approach these technologies. My blended experience in digital, biomedical science and policy enable me to work quickly to understand the value proposition, define a vision and bring business and technical stakeholders, from the exec to the shop floor, along on the journey.
