About Leasa Keys

Helping others is such a joy. For many years, I wanted to be a real estate agent, well, I was a military wife and the thought of being able to work from home and be with my children was always appealing to me and I have always loved decorating and taking something old and bringing it back to a better version than it’s formal glory. I started in real estate on the investment side in 2014. I realized one thing for sure, it would be beneficial for me to be a licensed agent. My first day in RE class The instructor said. Our industry is in the top five least trusted. I was shocked, and thought to myself, “I wonder why”? On that day I was was determined. I would change that perception. I am a dreamer and I remain hopeful to this day. One client at a time. I was to become a broker for Real Pro Equity the real estate investment company I had a partnership in. I was so clueless. In 2019 that partnership dissolved. I learned so much from that business experience. I became a RE broker in 2020. And September 2021. I opened My own real estate brokerage. Keys 2 Key Realty LLC. There is a lot I left out that brought me to this place but I will share this. I was looking for a culture in my journey. I was apart of three real estate companies. But it just never felt like home. I realized why after two year of being coached by my personal professional development mentor. I imagine this culture, I looked for that culture, never to find it, because I myself had to help it manifest. I’m excited about this journey and so happy I can share my journey with my network.
