I’m an PMP and ITIL Foundation Certified professional whose contributions - specifically in the areas of Revolving Implementation and Functional Analysis - drive results. I enjoy the process of data conversion, user interface requirements gathering, and supporting business objectives through system analysis with an eye for how to gather then place ‘pieces to the puzzle’ to solve challenges. I develop plans with each project’s value in mind, and then supply the needed energy to successfully complete it! In short: Yes, I'm a GEEK at heart! I enjoy working in a variety of industries to support business by leveraging technology. I have experience working with data, providing analysis, supporting migrations, testing, data schema design, configuration, reporting, extracts, requirements gathering, implementations, configurations, and training all types of business users (technical and non-technical) to name a few of my top transferable skills. I delight in helping clients explore how to best utilize their software and bring a consultative approach to solving challenges.
