About Lebowa Malaka

I am a qualified professional in BSc. Medical Science, Health Care and Project Management. I enjoy an experience of over 10 years of public health, community development and government. My experience has been charecterized by notable achievements in all my previous professional careers and have adopted a personal motto as "Whatever I touch turns to Gold" that always inspire me to do great exploits. Apart from being a professional I am dynamic, creative, well-spoken individual who wishes to work in a stimulating, challenging and fulfilling environment. I am also graced with a character to serve others particularly the larger community. To add to the above, are my innate and inspired through experience abilities/qualities demonstrated through and including leadership, multitasking, pressure endurance, team work, human resource and people management, strategic and operations management, project management, financial management, community, personal development and am also outcomes driven. I am also enthusiastic, self-motivated and conscientious person, always willing to get involved. Through experience I have learned how to set goals and how to engage on action oriented behavior. I am well organized, highly motivated to accept responsibility and thorough in my approach to work. I am creative and easy going, always ensuring that I operate with a high level of integrity. My open minded and friendly personality allows me to relate well to people, and I can co-ordinate people, resources, activities, and time. I also hail a great achievement both as a team player and team(s) leader or manager while I possess a great ability to affect and influence others positively.
