EXPERIENCE HIGHLIGHTS: • Splitting a vertically-integrated group of companies with a complex cost structure and production technology (8 production plants) into separate business divisions. Achievements included: o establishment of a new business goals and KPIs system for each division. o implementation of a new ERP and BI systems together with a data warehouse the quality of information and significantly reducing the time for data preparation by 70% compared to the previously-used Excel reports. o a more precise cost analysis and margin analysis, a faster pace of key decision-making which supported the 25 times improvement in the company's net profit from 2013 to 2022. o change of the settlement system (market prices and transfer pricing), arranging the settlement of procurement, production and sales processes with ongoing full variance analysis; this enabled identification of the causes of deviations from the compared periods and plans with corresponding faster undertaking of actions affecting the growth of financial results. • Supervision of business results including: o Implementation a P&L reporting of for each business division, each of which had different accounting models. o implementation of controlling processes that supporting the achievement of the developed KPI’s by managers and management board. o implementation of a new forecasting system. o development and launch of a management by objectives system that correlated with the Group's financial results, which in turn further supported the achievement of KPI’s by managers and thus contributed to EBITDA increase. • Co-led in debt acquisition process with a Consortium of 3 banks for Group level investment projects (value EUR 45 million) to increase production capacity with the objective of becoming a market leader in the segment. Activities include: o preparation strategic plans and a financial model with investment assumptions. o arranging investment processes and their reporting. o member of the team negotiating financing terms in the amount of EUR 83 million (refinancing of a working capital loan and investment loan).
