At BMZ Poland in charge of Business Development Team of LMT (Light Means of Transport) Business Unit. Responsible for building and implementing product-market strategy for innovative e-mobility systems (including drives and li-ion batteries), managing the team of project managers and experts responsible for products architecture as well as pricing and valuation processes. So far MBA, project manager with consulting background in the areas of: • Strategic management (strategy development and implementation, market analysis, strategic analysis/controlling, analysis/feasibility study of development projects). • Business development. • Marketing. • Optimization of organizational structures and management systems (organizational restructuring, optimization of structures and processes, integration of structures/processes in capital groups). • Process management. • Operational excellence. • Governance, risk management and compliance (GRC). The manager of several successful restructuring projects for companies in sectors: chemical, energy and utility, logistics, engineering offices, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, IT, R&D organizations (universities and institutes) and local government (city halls and municipal companies).
