Four or five times- free from unfulfilling relationships - free from numbness- free to be all you want to be As a firefighter/EMT I had a call on Christmas Day, 2011 that was my Perfect Storm. It began the journey back, because I learned how to discharge all that junk that was inside me. All of that, gone. I took Dr. Levine's words as truth and discovered they are. I discovered the profoundness of my own resilience. I started that journey back in October of 2013. Every dime and minute I invested was worth it.
