I’m a Senior Architect with over 15 years’ experience specialising in social and affordable housing. My work is rooted in the belief that good design should serve people—creating homes that are sustainable, inclusive, and deeply connected to the communities they’re built for. Across Greater Manchester and beyond, I’ve led the design and delivery of high-impact housing and regeneration projects, including Collyhurst Village—a £50m mixed-tenure development central to Manchester’s Victoria North masterplan. I was also part of the team behind the recently approved Shap Road Homes in Salford, a pioneering scheme for Shap and Salford City Council that sets out to deliver 100% affordable housing while raising the bar for design quality and sustainability in social housing. From concept through construction, I bring hands-on leadership across all RIBA stages—managing multidisciplinary teams, driving complex stakeholder engagement, and making practical design decisions that reflect real-life needs. I’m passionate about Modern Methods of Construction, retrofit and reuse, and finding value-driven solutions that don’t compromise on quality. Social housing is more than just a sector to me—it’s a calling. I’m committed to creating lasting, liveable places that foster resilience, dignity, and a strong sense of community.
