About Lee Aman

People are what truly matter. Over the years of organizing numerous social events, public speaking in front of hundreds of people, or leading a house of 50 guys, I have learned that the values of being a people person are many times more important than the food on the table. Growing up, I started work early. Ever since middle school I have worked on my family hazelnut farm called Amanbros.LLC. It has taught me valuable life lesson's such as a good work ethic, the ability to make tough decisions quickly, how to work hard, and above all how to be an honest and kind person. During college, I was taught the values of efficiency and time management through two food delivery services called Door Dash and JoyRun. I spent one year as Social Chair for Varsity House Inc. organizing and planning various events and activities for an entire coop of students. I held the position of Chaplain where I taught sermon's every week to college student's, helped lead worship, and ran the sound and tech equipment from time to time. I currently serve as the Varsity House President where I lead a team of 14 Executive Counsel leaders in meetings each week, big picture decision's, everyday tasks and goals, and mediator for all issues and political business. I have worked for Wilco Farm Stores as their Marketing Intern where I was put in charge of retail merchandise projects, company apparel research, communications, and organizing team meetings. I love photography and have skills in creating and editing short video logs and highlight reels. Specialties: Proficient in Office 365; have a knack for understanding intermediate technology; basic video and photo editing capabilities using Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, Affinity Photo, and iMovie; team management skills; public speaking and communications; and a very natural people person with advanced people skills and relationship building techniques.
