I’m a highly motivated and dependable construction professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry — including 25 years dedicated to the water treatment sector, delivering clean and wastewater projects across the UK. My background spans a wide range of civil engineering and groundwork operations, including concreting, pipe laying/fitting, and site supervision. I also bring valuable experience in mechanical installations and commissioning, ensuring systems are installed correctly and brought into service safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with project specifications. I have a hands-on leadership style focused on safety, quality, and productivity. Over the years, I’ve successfully led site teams and coordinated multi-disciplinary roles on projects of all sizes. For over 16 years, I worked with Black & Veatch (formerly MJ Gleeson) as a Ganger/Site Supervisor, delivering projects valued from to £70 million under the Yorkshire Water framework. I later joined Seymour Civil Engineering in a similar capacity for 14 months, continuing to work in the water sector. Currently, I serve as a Works Manager at Kier NRNN, where I manage key projects within both the Yorkshire Water and Severn Trent frameworks.
