As an S & OP Consolidation Manager with a solid background in demand planning and process optimization, I have spent over 13 years refining my skills across various supply chain and business functions. While I have recently transitioned into S & OP management, I’ve applied my previous experiences in client services, commercial reporting, and contract pricing to improve operational efficiency and drive cross-functional collaboration. In my current role, I am responsible for managing demand planning for the US and Canada, focusing on implementing and enhancing S & OP processes. I am excited to contribute to the growth of the business by leveraging data-driven insights and process improvements. I am committed to continuously learning and growing in my role, and I’m particularly excited about applying the knowledge I’ve gained in my previous roles to make a meaningful impact in S & OP. In addition to my professional journey, I’m also considering furthering my education with an MBA to expand my strategic capabilities.
