As a dynamic Internal Auditor for Quality Improvement at Mental Health Matters, I bring a unique blend of strategic vision, operational leadership, and a commitment to driving organisational excellence. In my current role, I lead nationwide audits covering HR, business processes, and service data recording across over 50 services, including Crisis Support, NHS Talking Therapies, and Helpline Services. I produce and deliver actionable audit reports to executive and trustee boards, driving compliance and continuous quality improvement. Additionally, I lead our Social Value and Sustainability strategy alongside the Business Support Manager, guiding teams to reduce carbon impact, improve recycling, and deliver wider social benefits. My strength lies in my ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment on priorities and outcomes. I lead with resilience and integrity, whether steering strategic initiatives, embedding governance and compliance frameworks, or implementing policy improvements. With expertise spanning senior management, business developement, project management, L&D, finance, compliance, governance, and sustainability, my experience is enriched by a broad portfolio of work across the third sector, corporate environments, and government organisations both in the UK and globally.
