Successful CFO/FD with extensive merger and acquisition experience, having played a key role in a PE backed MBO, the hive off and sale of a division, the sale of the company to an NYSE listed corporation, the acquisition of a UK subsidiary, and the sale of the company to a New York based investment fund. Extensive experience of managing rapid and successful growth, but also with managing the finances of a distressed company. Whilst at Caledonian Modular Limited, I managed the finance department and supported the board during a period of rapid and very profitable growth, when the company’s turnover increased from £18M to £140M within a six-year period. I also helped manage the position during the subsequent downturn, when the company’s turnover dropped to circa £50M and then again to circa £25M. I then joined Reds10 (UK) Limited as Finance Director and oversaw the finances, and supported the owner/managers of the company, during the company’s rapid growth from a £16M business in 2019 to now being one of the UK’s leading off site construction businesses with turnover in excess of £100M
