I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist providing counseling to high school students in John O'Connell High School's Wellness Center through Richmond Area Multi-Services. I have a particular focus in working with LGBTQ+ students and around identity concerns, gender, and sexuality. My passion for work with young people grew out of my time as an Episcopal youth group leader and chaplain. I am struck by the tenacity and resilience of adolescents and seek to become a compassionate, empowering, and culturally responsive therapist who meets teens where they are and supports them as they move toward a future that feels good to them.
