I am a microbiologist/cellular molecular biologist with 13 years of experience as a quality control microbiologist in GMP environment 4 years of experience as a cellular and molecular biologist in early stage drug development. I have an in-depth experience in the GMP Microbiology laboratory setting and all the assays associated with that role. I believe in doing things the right way the first time and following protocol and maintaining and improving compliance is critical. In my most recent role as a research associate at Nurix Therapeutics, I performed high-throughput protein degradation screening, tissue culture, and CRISPR cell line generation, generating and providing data to meet research milestones and helping optimize screening assays and processes for automation. As a cafe manager at Blue Bottle Coffee, I discovered my strengths in people management, project management, intuitive hospitality, driving-engagement, teaching, and developing others, while also developing and maintaining positive customer relations. As a community builder at Teebo, I raise awareness and fund-raise for the organization by gathering people together, organizing and planning fund-raising events, and building partnerships with other organizations and communities. Overall, my mission is to use my scientific knowledge and interpersonal skills to create positive impact and value for people and organizations.
