I am currently Director of Enterprise Solutions at Mimeo, a global innovator in print and digital content distribution.In this role, I lead strategic technology initiatives across Europe, India, and North America—driving systems integration, enterprise architecture, and the transformation of core business platforms, including ERP, CRM, and SaaS ecosystems. I also promote operational excellence within MIS, oversee equipment and software investments to maximise return on investment, and support our internal teams in achieving their goals.My remit includes technology project management, enterprise software oversight, SaaS governance, and global IT strategy. I work closely with executive stakeholders to ensure initiatives are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable value. I also continue to lead our IT Operations team, with expanded responsibility for IT governance, process improvement, and infrastructure standardisation.Previously, I served as IT Manager for Europe and India, overseeing IT operations in the UK, Germany, and India. I led high-performing technical support teams serving over 400 users and supported revenue-critical functions through reliable infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise tools.A key milestone included deploying virtualised solutions and building out the physical IT infrastructure in India, personally leading two site launches to accommodate exponential team growth.
