Part storyteller, part strategist, part designer, Lee Cerre is a Creative Director with 15 years of experience in the apparel and marketing industry. Lee’s background in graphic design, architecture and documentary film production has informed a multidisciplinary career building brand identities, retail stores, product marketing campaigns. Whether it’s storytelling a biodegradable fabric alternative, creating engaging touchpoints for sustainability and DEI content, or building conceptual and evocative experiences in our stores, Lee’s team of hybrid thinkers are continually evolving Everlane’s mission and values all the while creating internal momentum within the brand to question every part of retail industry. Philosophically, Lee believes in the power of research, concept development, and prototyping to execute provocative, industry leading and environmentally focused campaigns. As important as the work itself, she also has a strong passion for building nimble, energetic and collaborative creative teams that can flex, explore and entrepreneurially build new processes and touchpoints for a brand.
