About Lee Coleridge

Experience I have worked with SEN pupils in the past with ACE schools. My time at ACE was amazing as I got to work with many different students over the period I was there. I was extremely enthusiastic and supportive of every child in my class or care, catering to pupils needs and motivating them to succeed and be great. My main drive was to help the students to be more positive and believe in themselves. Coaching/Personal Trainer Health and fitness have always been a huge part of my life. After playing rugby, I continued my journey in the gym and specialized myself in Functional training. My love for fitness is my passion and I use that to help others to achieve their goals. About me Family I am a father and husband to my wife and three children. I'm a very positive person and will always try and bring out the best qualities in everyone. Over the past eight years, I've gained such valuable information and experience in the fitness environment. I've always been involved in sports from swimming, water polo, rugby, judo. In South Africa, I tore my ACL in my right knee and always struggled with my weight and fitness. In 2010, that's when I decided that being 125kg (19.68 stones) was not fun at all. With hard work and discipline plus the passion to learn new things, I lost 30kg. I've been living now in the United Kingdom for over 15 years.
