WHAT I DO I provide access to insurance companies and programs that are not available to any other agent/broker in the United States. I make the resources at Cottingham & Butler available to my clients, primarily those in the states of Texas & Michigan, and help them get better over time. I help my clients save money. WHAT WE DO We are experts in transportation insurance. We manage the three largest trucking captives in the world, and have paid back over in dividends. We help clients settle claims faster, for less money (30% below NCCI). We also partner with the top insurance companies in the industry. We give clients more options, and the information they need to make good decisions. WHO WE ARE Cottingham & Butler is the largest truck insurance brokerage in the country. We have 2,500+ clients in 48 states. Our client retention rate is 97%(captive programs: 99%). We were founded in 1887 and maintain our corporate headquarters in Dubuque, IA. OUR COMPANIES Under the C&B umbrella, we have our own P&C claims TPA (CBCS), a Health and Wellness company (HC360), Health Insurance TPA (SISCO), a Transportation Safety Consulting Company (SMSC), and HR consulting. These services are not outsourced to third parties or one-off venders. This is my company seeing an opportunity to help clients get better, and then building a program or company around that objective.
