Strong IT background in the utility, retail, 3PL and manufacturing industries across the application, data, infrastructure and solution domains over 25 years. My strengths lie in facilitating cross-functional teams on complex IT programs or projects using agile scrum, hybrid or waterfall methodologies; managing diverse resource types such as contractors, associates, consultants, onsite and global; building relationships with a variety of stakeholders; focusing on resolving customers' issues with a sense of urgency; and having a supportive leadership style while providing a safe work environment. Lead several large migration initiatives of which some were multi-year that included optimizing the supply chain final mile experience (route planning & delivery), enabling better tracking of ocean freight shipments, enhancing the retail sales tax capabilities for an ecommerce website, speeding up the returns to stock by 90%, standing up a new 1 million square foot distribution center and a large financial data warehouse migration. I am always ready for the next challenging opportunity.
