Equally versed in technology, business, and leadership, I’ve built my career as a Technology Delivery Executive ensuring all stakeholders have a voice. I’ve always been passionate about technology and innovation. I knew early in life that I wanted to collaborate and do challenging things. My passion for working as a team and simplifying complex problems has continued as I’ve forged a career in the tech arena. I love being able to bridge the gap between the business and tech sides of an organization, building success through strong leadership and deep motivation. Solving business problems with technology-based solutions is what I do best. To stay relevant, companies need to stay abreast of what’s coming down the pipeline and make smart decisions about what to adopt and what to defend against. I am able to synthesize this information and deploy solutions. Agility is also key in today’s environment, and I love to rise to these challenges. I am able to bring a unique perspective to the teams I lead: My broad technical background has given me hands-on experience with many of the team tasks that I oversea today. Complexity, challenges, and high-stress situations don’t faze me. I relish the opportunity to build solutions and inspire team member growth. Moreover, I’ve worked extensively in methodology development. As a leader, I work to find consensus, leading by example. With encouragement and mentorship, I find I reap the best results by pulling rather than pushing. Developing and mentoring new leaders is very important to me. My friendly demeanor allows me to garner buy-in and build strong relationships, and I have extensive experience working with and leading culturally and geographically diverse teams. Additionally, I work as a mentor to others in my field and community, helping them to become the best versions of themselves in their careers and beyond. Going forward, I am eager to continue solving business problems with agility and elegance.
