About Lee Davidson

My experiences throughout my various positions at different companies have really taught me how to work with diverse groups of people. In retail, I learned to provide quick and excellent customer service. My experience with Idaho Falls Pride taught me the ins and outs of event planning, and gave me the experience of working for a non-profit, and that is experience that I would be able to bring with me to your workforce. As a founding member of the board of directors for Idaho Falls Pride, I helped to plan events, called organizations for donations, and researched certain demographics of the community in order to provide the best possible experience for members of the LGBT population, and the community at large. During my time working for the City of Ammon, I have learned the importance of organization and time management. I have processed payments, scanned and filed documents into a Laserfiche storage system, catalogued history pertinent to the city in the City Scrapbook, and greeted every resident with a smile. As an employee for Cannon Disability Law, it was my job to review applicants' information and ensure that it was entered correctly in the system. I also conducted incoming client interviews, presenting them with the information necessary to take the next steps in pursuing legal action. In addition, I would schedule appointments for our attorneys and legal advisors. Currently, my job as an enrollment counselor with Western Governors University has allowed me to further explore recruiting and advising students on their way to a brighter future. I have been able to really make a difference in the lives of people looking to improve themselves. This opportunity has extended to my fellow colleagues as well. As a team leader, I have been able to assist my management with projects that have benefited our team as a whole.
