About Lee Derrick

I believe that knowledge is power, especially in the world of finance. As a result, I pride myself on educating clients with respect to efficient usage of their cashflow. Specific focus on charitable planning, protecting assets and income, and portfolio design are key parts of our planning process. My background in engineering coupled with a previous career as a teacher, result in an efficiency focus with a desire to educate clients. A charitable mindset within the financial world has also encouraged me to give of myself to others. Specifically, I have been involved in Rotary International since 2005. As a charter member of the Rotary Club of South Anne Arundel County, a past president (2010-11), and current Grants Committee Chairperson, I am delighted to be able to immerse myself within a volunteer organization and give back to those in need. I also am currently serving as Treasurer of the Southern High School Business & Community Advisory Board, an entity tasked with bridging the classroom experience with the practical skills necessary to transition to the business world. Finally, my life would not be meaningful without my beautiful wife and three wonderful children.
