Quickly rising through the ranks from Operations Manager to Director of Operations, and ultimately to my Vice President of Operations role with Promise House, Inc. I have had the unique opportunity to refine not just my technical prowess but also my capabilities in leadership, financial management, and community outreach. Achievements with Promise House - Pioneering an Electronic Health Record System: Played a crucial role in planning and administering a robust electronic health records system, enhancing the efficiency of case management and health services delivery- Launching a 365/Day Kitchen Program: Designed a nutritionally balanced, seasonal meal program serving 40 meals per sitting, three times a day, which improved residents' well-being - Community Collaborations: Engineered partnerships with Leadership Dallas, the American Institute of Architects, and The Real Estate Council, successfully creating recreational spaces and emergency shelters for homeless youth and young adults- Resource Optimization: Leveraged local businesses to secure over $100K in technology donations and led a team of 140 volunteers to enhance campus security, featuring 11 controlled access points and 38 security cameras- Physical Space Development: Functioned as the on-site project manager for the construction of a private park and a new parking lot, handling everything from permits to execution, ensuring the timely completion of these capital projects.
