Having more than 30 years of qualified experience and knowledge covering the analytical-conceptions & visualization, through to the design & development of technical training coursware. I have excellent knowledge in leading cross functional and global teams to design, develop and maintain total life cycle training product portfolios. I am complimented as being a person who has excellent abilities to work autonomously as well as a team player within matrix organizations, and who is one that is both very passionate and highly professional towards my duties, always eager to taken on challenges and learn. I have an aura that motivates teams and drives both results and changes.
