I have a breadth of Industry and Consulting experience, mostly on large scale, pan bank, client programmes. I am an experienced Programme Manager and have worked across retail, core and corporate banking in the technology arena. • More recently was Engagement Manager on a large scale remediation programme for a UK Bank, identifying and remediating customers impacted by the Bank’s non-compliance with the Consumer Credit Act. • Previously led the implementation and delivery of a SOx control management service within one of the largest UK retail banks. Experience includes working closely with offshore partners in India. • Managed the customer engagement work stream for one of the largest Skilled Person reviews of the mis-selling of interest rate hedging products at a major high street bank. KPMG provided the FSA with an independent view of all aspects of the banks activities to address this. This role in this involved the creation and management of a team of over 70 p/t senior managers to conduct client interviews across the UK. • Human Resources Transformation Programme - Global programme to establish a new Oracle platform supporting the core PeopleSoft suite. Managed the design and delivery of infrastructure, creation of support and service models based on vendor stack. • Finance Transformation Programme - responsible for a large team of IT project managers delivering IT infrastructure projects. Introduced off shore capability to improve speed to market and reduce delivery costs.
