I have extensive knowledge in Workplace Health and Safety in many different sectors, LNG, Construction, Civil, Rail and Defence sectors. I am currently working for Laing O'Rourke reporting directly into the General HSE Manager. The primary objective of my role is to lead safety culture and provide corporate safety support to apply the Laing O'Rourke Health Safety & Environment Management System and Safety Through Inclusion and wellbeing across the East Coast Project Portfolio. The East Coast Project Portfolio consists of a total of fifteen construction projects across New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, and Darwin areas. I am a member of the Laing O'Rourke HSE executive team providing HSE functional support and strategy to the Laing O'Rourke business and Construction General Managers I have extensive knowledge in the LNG Business having worked with other major, Oil Gas and Chemical companies. I have worked on various mega projects within Australia, operating in all contracting models including Direct delivery, alliance and delivery partner contracting models. I strive towards building High Performance teams through a Safety differently approach. I pride myself on being a solution focussed, a visible health & safety leader, coaching Laing O'Rourke and supply team members, building a positive safety culture. My dedication and collaborative approach strives to build a consistent application of Health & Safety Management whilst leaving a legacy through leadership engagement with our supply chain partners.
