About Lee Gold

With over 35 years of consulting experience, I've gained a passion for helping companies determine the best way to provide efficient, high value, affordable, and sustainable retirement programs. I began my career providing actuarial services for sponsors of traditional defined benefit pension plans. I've done the detailed number crunching as well as created valuation software. I've consulted with employers on developing and implementing their Financial Wellness strategy. My passions for financial wellness and innovative retirement design have led to a variety of speaking engagements, primarily on the topic of risk-sharing plan designs. I currently focus on helping employers address the "wealth" needs of their employees, and the employer programs to support those needs. DB plans, DC plans, and Financial Wellness programs are all important pieces of this puzzle, for both employers and their employees.
