About Lee Goldsmith

Like many of my colleagues in the payroll world, I fell into my payroll career. It wasn’t an industry I’d heard of at school and while I’d always received pay from my Saturday job, I hadn’t really given much thought as to how it had arrived in my bank account. Fast forward over 20 years and I’ve been lucky enough to receive multiple opportunities and promotions in the payroll world. I find myself most experienced and comfortable in the fast paced project and implementation departments. I have worked alongside countless clients, ensuring the best possible payroll technology solution can be delivered, achieving all project milestones to a high standard within agreed timescales. Having worked in the UK, Singapore and Australia I’ve found myself managing stakeholders from all over the World.I have a keen interest in process improvement, redesigning for smoother and shorter processes wherever possible. This fits well with my current role as Integration Lead @ ADP, where I help clients reduce their double entry, facilitating the transfer of data, seamlessly, from their third party system(s) into their ADP payroll solution, and back again as required. I work closely with other vendors and partners to streamline these data transfers, while still allowing the client as much flexibility as possible.I am immensely passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and more generally in every day life. As a committed member of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee at ADP, I have played a key role in raising awareness across the Australia and New Zealand organisation, with some of the communication tools we’ve created being pushed out globally across ADP International. I have been recognised globally at ADP as an Ambassador of Change for Inspiring Inclusion within the workforce. My dream is for my kids to grow up in a world where they have the confidence to be their own unique self and thrive in the knowledge that they will be accepted for who they are.When I am not playing with data, my extracurricular role is as (self-appointed) Marketing Director at Glenreagh Bakery. My partner, an extremely talented Pastry Chef, owns and manages this wonderful bakery. As the products literally sell themselves, my focus is mostly dedicated to growing the online presence and establishing the bakery as a tourist destination. Digital marketing has become a “hobby” of mine, and I’ve recently achieved a certification with the Digital Marketing Institute.
