Having spent more than 23 years in the local Washington DC real estate market, Lee has seen the good, the bad and the bubble. Through this, Lee learned that every market, every client, and every sale requires an extremely specific and customized plan to ensure the greatest level of success, and he makes every decision with this in mind. Lee built his real estate business around being a local, neighborhood based, and customer service-oriented agent. Market expertise, the highest level of integrity, and unparalleled customer relationships have led him to become one of the most respected agents in the Washington, DC region. Outside of working with clients and running Northgate Realty, Lee is continually active in the local real estate community. He has served on numerous committees at the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors, including his appointment as Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee in 2016, and his election by his peers to serve on the Association’s Board of Directors for the 2018-2020 term. On his days off you will find Lee with Angela, walking their four (yes… 4) amazing dogs, Otto, Lexi, Little Russell & Bruno through one of our local parks, or cheering on his beloved Washington Commanders with his son Jared. Having purchased and renovated their dream home in 2020, an authentic 1962 mid-century modern, Lee & Angela are always looking for new design ideas to keep things current.
