About Lee Graffius

I have 3 very intense years of HOA Management experience. In that time I went from the Assistant Manager to the Acting Manager and Assistant Manger for 3 months. In 2020 I was contracted to become the Manager of the Planation at Leesburg HOA. The Plantation is a self managed community consisting of 2820 homes on 1,800+ acres and an association owned Golf Course with a combined budget of over $6 million. My major accomplishments include the procurement of the golf course for the HOA and the special assessment to provide for the funding, establishing amendment changes to stagger HOA Board terms to benefit the community, and restructuring employment roles to remove redundant positions within the association. In three years I have re-negotiated multiple contracts and saved the community thousands of dollars, streamlined positions by training staff to be more effective. I brought services in house to save expenses and be more effective. My previous experience in customer service, training, real estate and call center operations provides me with necessary skills that allow me to take a more in depth approach to Community Management.
