I started my working life as a apprentice carpenter upon leaving school working for a building company in Bristol and Bath. During this time I achieved my NVQ level 3 in carpentry and picked up a range of construction skills after many year of service for the company I moved into the housing sector joining Curo in bath as a multi trade operative working within the voids team. After 4 years I was offered the opportunity to take the step up into a void team leader role and given the opportunity to learn and grow my management skills leading my team of operatives resulting in great performance. I have recently take the step into the position of voids manager leading the voids department at Curo.
